There will also be Stefano Mancuso, a world-renowned plant neurobiologist and scientist, beloved for his Manifesto of the Nation of Plants, among the guests of the second edition of Earth Prize international, Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 October.

Stefano Mancuso was designated by the Republic among the 20 Italians destined to change our lives and the New Yorker included him in the ranking of the “world changers”.

World renowned scientist, professor at the University of Florence, he directs the International Laboratory of Plant Neurobiology (LINV). Founding member of the International Society for Plant Signaling & Behavior, he has taught at Japanese, Swedish and French universities and is a full academic at the Georgofili Academy. He is the author of scientific books and hundreds of publications in international journals.
His speech is entitled “The Nation of Plants“.

The meeting – free and open to all – is therefore a special occasion to talk with him in a special context such as Palazzo Verbania in Luino, on Lake Maggiore, home of the Earth Prize.
